Each year, per the Florida Opioid Allocation and Statewide Response Agreement and Florida Statute, counties and municipalities receiving opioid settlement funds are required to provide information to the Opioid Abatement Council. The required information consists of how the county or municipality intends to use settlement funds and how the county or municipality intends to collect data regarding its use of funds.
