Kimberly Glas-Castro

Kimberly Glas-Castro is certified as a redevelopment administrator and an accredited land planner with over twenty years of public and private sector planning experience. She currently serves as the Assistant Village Manager for the Village of Palm Springs, where she previously served as the Planning, Zoning & Building Director. She is assisting the Village in its redevelopment efforts, which include enhancing the community’s image and sense of place.
